The Chet Levitt Fund recently provided a grant of $3000 for the appeal of Jane Doe vs. Goldstein's Deli et al. to the Third Circuit. According to plaintiff's attorney Cynthia Pollick Pittson, the issue is whether the employer employed 15 employees, the minimum for coverage under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
